who we're looking for

who we're looking for

we're searching for people who care deeply about youth, community, and culture.

people who believe play is powerful, connection matters, and vulnerability isn't a weakness.

the right fit is curious, collaborative, culturally tapped-in, and takes initiative to thrive in environments where creativity and structure meet.

you should be someone who brings both aligned vison and follow-through.

we value people who are reliable in their commitments, self-driven to seek out solutions, and genuinely motivated by the impact of their work rather than just the tasks themselves.

you're eager to push our mission forward through your own specific domain.

even if you're joining us for a single event or project, you fully embody what grownkid stands for and infuse that spirit into everything you create and contribute.

you see opportunities where others see obstacles, and you're not afraid to experiment, iterate, and grow alongside a team that's building something new.

lastly, you believe in the core idea of grownkid: the meaning of life is play.
